We hope you’ll love your order, but if there’s an issue, here’s what you need to know:

Returns: You have 24 hours after receiving your order to let us know if something is wrong. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

What can’t be returned: Perishable goods, gift cards, and sale items are final sale.

Email us at orders.evotech@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

You’ll be responsible for sending the item back to us.

Refunds: After we receive and check the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 7–10 business days.
- Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.
